An Introduction
My name is Jim Inglebright and I would like to introduce myself and our company to you. I know in today's automotive repair world that customer satisfaction is a priority. This is why American Autobody Specialist is a leader among the autobody industry.
On our premises you will find plenty of parking with a one-acre storage lot and a warm and cozy waiting area for our customers under a 20,000 sq. ft. building. We also have an office dedicated strictly for the use of insurance agents and estimators with internet access.
In our working area a wall keeps the paint department and body shop separated so that our finished product is clear of dirt and other debris. With 17 stalls our technicians are able to keep jobs clear and secure with plenty of room between vehicles. With an employee dedicated full time to managing and ordering parts, our parts are logged in and distributed in a timely manner.
Our shop is also equipped with six frame machines, two Shark Sonar frame measuring systems, twin post/dual arm vehicle lifts, an HVAC machine, a 4-wheel alignment system and a spot welding machine to give factory appearance to repairs. Our techinicians have many years of experiences as well as being I-CAR certified.
Our paint department is equipped with two Blow-Therm downdraft spray booths and two downdraft prep stations. Our Blow-Therm paint mixing room has the latest computer software which enables us to obtain the proper paint codes to assure our customers with accurate color matching.
